Spring is a great time to spruce up your home and improve the first impression of each potential buyer that sees it. First, curb appeal, that all important and often overlooked selling tool. If a buyer doesn't like what they see when they pull into your drive they may not wish to view your interior. I have had plenty of buyers drive by homes they intend to view and mark excellent homes off their lists because the yards were not well maintained. This led them to believe that perhaps the home wasn't maintained well either.

While you are doing your spring cleaning, throw away unnecessary things that we all are guilty of saving. clean the cabinets and drawers out so if they open them they are neat and organized. Put anything you can away (go ahead and pack the things you wont need for a while like winter clothes) to make your closets seem larger.

So GET ready we'll be bringing buyers!
